Incident Summary:A parent was sent off for verbally abusing the referee at half time.
Comments:The PAD Committee cannot discipline referees. Complaints about referees should be submitted to CNRA. The coach of the Newark team is suspended 1 game for failing to control his spectators. All of the parents and coaches from the Newark team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Written evidence of attendance is required to be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com no later than June 18, 2017.
