For using unlicensed referees in the match, the match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Bulldogs.
For not having a certified Referee Assignor and for using unlicensed referees, and for failing to provide information requested by a PAD Committee member, the PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors that HYSL be expelled from NorCal Premier Soccer League. |
