Incident Summary:Allegation that the President of Turlock FC used deception to catch a coach playing a player without a pass.
Comments:A decision was rendered that Mr. Azizian was not properly issued a pass and was played. If Mr. Arechiga wishes to appeal the decision made previously by the PAD Committee, Mr. Arechiga needs to appeal to the Norcal Board of Directors by sending a written statement explaining why the PAD Committee decision was wrong to amittler@norcalpremier.com and send a $150 check to NorCal for the costs of the appeal.
