Incident Summary:

Allegation that a coach left Turlock FC and took his whole team with him. To avoid the Norcal rule about a coaching leaving a club and coaching for another club in the same age group and gender, the coach has entered the team in to a CYSA league.

Comments:

Coach Richard Sotomayor is prohibited from coaching in the age group and gender in which Turlock Tornadoes plays for 1 year from the date that Mr. Sotomayor again attempts to register to coach a team in Norcal.
