Comments:	Lobitos have been asked a number of times to provide NorCal with the name of a certified referee assignor. Lobitos have had a number of incidents where they failed to have 3 current year licensed officials referee the match. Lobitos failed to have 3 current year licensed referees at this match. As a result, the result of the game is declared to be a 3-0 forfeit in favor or PSA Royals. The PAD Committee refers Lobitos to the Norcal Board of Directors to deal with the continual failure of Lobitos to have a certified referee assignor and for consistently failing to have 3 current year licensed referees at each match.
