Incident Summary:Appeal of a match in the NorCal Premier Soccer League FIFA E-tournament. The appeal is based on the fact that the winner of the match played as a national team as opposed to a club team. The score of the match was 8-0 in favor of the player playing with the national team. This was initially appealed to the Event Coordinator and now appealed to the PAD Committee.
Comments:In general the PAD Committee defers to the Event Coordinator on appeals regarding his decisions unless there is a clear error. In this situation, as the choice of team more than likely did not change the outcome as the score was 8-0, the PAD Committee upholds the decision of the Event Coordinator.
