Incident Summary:

Allegation that South Valley Chivas was recruiting coaches from Central Valley Premier, and trying to convince those coaches to bring their teams with them to South Valley Chivas.

Comments:

There are no NorCal Premier Soccer League rules against recruiting coaches as this is forbidden by California law. If a coach leaves one club for another, that coach may not coach anyone they coached at the previous club for 1 year from their departure date from the previous club.
