Incident Summary:Allegation that Odyssey recruited players from CenCal to their Development Academy team.
Comments:Development Academy ("DA") clubs have been told by the USSF to recruit players and must do so. NorCal rules regarding recruiting are not applicable to the DA teams within a NorCal club. The PAD Committee recommends that DA clubs cooperate with non-DA clubs and return players who do not make DA teams to their original NorCal clubs. We consider a player who moves from a NorCal club to a DA club and does not make the DA team to be subject to NorCal recruiting rules.
As the player mentioned appears to be playing for the DA team, the player is not subject to the NorCal recruiting rules and no action is taken.
