Incident Summary:	Referee claims there were problems with the Lobitos game card. After the game Lobitos acted in an unsportsmanlike manner directing comments to the referee and threatening the referee.
Comments:	PAD recommends the Lobitos be added to the Club Outreach Program. The Lobitos coach is suspended for 1 game. Lobitos is placed on probation for 3 months. Lobitos is reminded that its coaches are responsible for the actions of parents and players.
