| Comments: | There were a number of things wrong in this situation:
1. Players may never be hand written onto rosters, even by referees.
2. All players must have player passes to play. If a player does not have a player pass, the other team may photograph the player to be used in the protest.
3. Referees are not required to provide their names. They are required to provide the name of their assignor.
