| Comments: | The players involved have active passes with Fresno Chaos and do not have active passes with Central Valley/ Visalia Galaxy. As a result the 2 players were illegal players when they played in NorCal matches for Central Valley/ Visalia. The Coach Michael Rodriguez knowingly allowed these players to illegally play for Central Valley/ Visalia as he is the father of one of the players involved and coached both the Chaos and Central Valley/ Visalia teams where these players played. Michael Rodriguez is suspended from coaching or managing any team at all NorCal events (playdates, league games and State Cup games) through December 31, 2018. The game in which players Cortez and Rodriguez played against Cencal Cosmos is declared a forfeit for Cencal Cosmos. |
