Incident Summary:Allegation that players may have been enticed from Odyssey South to Kings County Soccer Club/ Visalia Galaxy.
Comments:Sufficient evidence has been provided that Visalia Galaxy has recruited teams from Cal Odyssey-S/ South Valley. The PAD Committee referes this incident to the NorCal Board of Directors to take action against Visalia Galaxy. The PAD Committee also recommends that the New Club Committee investigate the relationship between Visalia Galaxy and Kings County Soccer Club before approving Kings County Soccer Club as a member of NorCal.
