Incident Summary:	Allegation that 5 spectators from Delta verbally assaulted and threatened the referee crew.
Comments:	Delta United Soccer Club is placed on probation for 1 year for the misbehavior of several of its parents. The coach of the Delta United Soccer Club team, Arturo Valerio, is suspended until May 4, 2015 for failing to control his team's parents. The parents and coaches of Delta YSL Zorritos 00 are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance session by May 31, 2015. Failure to provide the PAD Committee with evidence that they attended this PCA session will result in the PAD Committee recommending that this team be expelled from further Norcal Premier Soccer League competitions. If Delta United Soccer League wishes to appeal this decision, Delta United must file a 1 page summary explaining in why the PAD Committee decision was incorrect and pay a $150 fee to Norcal Premier Soccer League. The appeal will be a hear by a panel of members of the Norcal Premier Soccer League Board of Directors. The decision of the appeal panel may be appealed to USClub Soccer.
