1) NorCal has no power to place any sanctions on American River FC as they are not an approved NorCal Club
2) In NorCal, Fair Oaks and American River are separate clubs. American River FC teams should not be signing up under Fair Oaks SC. If this continues Fair Oaks SC will be removed as they will be considered a shell club. A club has a common uniform, same name on US Club player pass, a DOC, and Board of Directors.
3) Fair Oaks SC should not be recruiting players that have been registered with Folsom SC. If Fair Oaks SC continues this behavior they will be placed on Probation and if it continues removed from NorCal Premier Soccer. However, American River FC is not a NorCal club thus we are unable to pass judgement against them.
4) We ask that issues regarding fields with Fair Oaks SC and Folsom SC be put on the agenda at the next Region 6 meeting. |
