Incident Summary:Allegation that (1) Force North is using fields in Redwood City in violation of their new club application, and (2) a number of players left Juventus Academy Silicon Valley and are playing for the same coach at Force North as they played for at Juventus Academy Silicon Valley.
Comments:With respect to the issue concerning fields, Force North in their Member Club Affiliation Letter dated May 1, 2018 from NorCal Premier Soccer was limited to using fields located at Hillsdale High School, Aragon High School, Bay Meadows Park and Los Prados Park. All of those fields are in San Mateo. Force North must immediately stop using any fields other than the 4 fields listed in their Member Club Affiliation Letter. If Force North continues to use any fields other than those 4 fields, the PAD Committee will refer Force North to the Board of Directors of NorCal Premier Soccer League for discipline.
Hugo Perez, Jr. left his employment with Juventus Silicon Valley on June 4, 2021. He may not coach, train, be the manager of, or affiliated in any manner with any team that any player he coached at Juventus Silicon Valley plays for until June 3, 2022.Violation of this will result in Hugo Perez Jr.'s suspension from that team.
