Incident Summary:	Allegation that a Sporting parent was sent off. When the parent was sent off, 2 other Sporting parents also departed and flipped the referee off. After the game Sporting parents verbally harassed the referee and blocked his car from leaving.
Comments:	All of the parents and coaches from this Sporting team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Written evidence of attendance must be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com no later than December 16, 2017. The Coach of the Sporting team, Carlos Brasil, is suspended 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators.
