Allegation that a player from Red Star was approached by the parent of an Earthquakes player to guest play at Surf Cup. Red Star's DOC was never approached to sign a guest player form.

Comments:

Players are not allowed to guest play unless the guest player form is signed by the loaning club. The loaning club should be approached regarding the guest play situation prior to the player being approached.
