| Comments: | The correct process for borrowing a player for a tournament is for the club wishing to borrow the players to begin by obtaining the permission of the DOC of the lending club and obtaining the USClub Guest Player Form. Contacting the coach of the players to be borrowed is not part of the process. That the players were permitted to play in the tournament is potentially a violation of USClub Soccer rules and this portion of the incident is referred to USClub for a determination.
