Incident Summary:

UC Premier coch was allowed to begin the game despite not having a coaching pass. Coach was sent off and game terminated in the 35th minute when no replacement with a coaching pass was available.

Comments:

This is forfeit in favor of Bay Oaks. Referees should never allow games to be played if there is not a carded staff member present.
