Incident Summary:	Allegation that the dog belonging to the FCA coach chased after an Oakland Select player. This led to the kid becoming scared and a verbal altercation between Oakland Select parents and FCA parents, including the wife of the coach.
Comments:	There is no rule in the NorCal Code of Ethics or Handbook that addresses this situation. No action taken.
