Allegation that 2 PSA Royals players were permitted to play without passes.

Comments:

The referee erred in letting players without passes play. Players may not play if they do not present passes prior to the start of the match. PA Royals has until September 27, to provide copies of the passes of the 2 players in question to amittler@norcalpremier.com or the coach of PSA Royals will be suspended for using illegal players.
