Incident Summary:	Allegation that the team travelled from San Jose to Rocklin and the game was cancelled a short time before the game for weather reasons.
Comments:	Because the referees were present at the field and ready for the game, but the decision to postpone the game was made by the home team and not the referee, this match is to be replayed in San Jose. San Jose will pay for the fields and referees. If a home team determines that a game will not be played due to weather, then the home team needs to provide notice prior to the time when it would be expected that the away team would begin travelling to the match.
