Incident Summary:

Allegation that the referees allowed both halves were extended. Allegation that a 2 man referee system was used.

Comments:

The PAD Committee does not review the length of time of matches as it is impossible for the PAD Committee to determine how long the game lasted.
In no event should any game be played with a 2 man referee system. If only 2 referees are present, one should be the CR, 1 should be AR and a parent linesman only calling out of bounds should be used.
