Allegation of an altercation between Anthony Fernandes and the InterRage coach and manager.
Comments:
No action is here as evidence indicates Mr. Fernandes instigated and escalated this situation. The PAD Committee notes that Mr. Fernandes should not be threatening that NorCal will take any actions against anyone as Mr. Fernandes has no position or authority within NorCal. The PAD Committee encourages Mr. Fernandes to examine his own behavior in an attempt to figure out why he constantly is involved in these situations.
